Enough coverage to rebuild, at a deductible you can absorb
Most homeowners we talk to are underinsured on rebuild cost and overexposed on deductible at the same time. We quote several carriers, show you where your current policy sits, and let you decide.

What it covers
The parts of a homeowners policy
Four numbers do most of the work in a home policy. Knowing what each one means is how you tell a cheap quote from a good one.
Dwelling
What it costs to rebuild the structure at today's labor and material prices, not what you paid for the house.
Personal property
Everything inside. Usually a percentage of the dwelling limit, and usually worth checking rather than assuming.
Liability
Injuries and damage you're responsible for, on or off the property. The cheapest limit to raise on the whole policy.
Loss of use
Somewhere to live while the house is being repaired. Rarely discussed until it's needed.
Hail is the whole ballgame here
Tarrant County sits in one of the most active hail corridors in the country, and roof coverage is where North Texas policies quietly differ from each other. Two quotes at the same premium can treat the same roof completely differently.
Ask about
- Replacement cost vs. actual cash value on the roof
- Separate wind and hail deductible
- Roof age and schedule limits
- Water damage and slab exclusions
How it works
How a home quote goes
01
Send what you have
Your current declarations page, or just the address and roof age if you're insuring a new purchase.
02
We quote several carriers
Same dwelling limit across all of them, so the premiums are actually comparable.
03
You pick, we file
We handle the binding and the paperwork with your mortgage company.
If you want to save money, reach out to Brian. He saved me over $1,000 a year on my home insurance, and with a lower deductible than I had before.”

Home insurance questions
Will a claim raise my premium?
Often, though it depends on the carrier and the type of claim. We'll tell you when a small claim isn't worth filing.
Does my policy cover hail damage to the roof?
Almost always, but how it pays out varies. Replacement cost and actual cash value produce very different checks on the same roof.
Should I raise my deductible to lower the premium?
Only to a number you could write a check for tomorrow.
Do you cover rentals and landlord policies?
Yes. Those are written differently from an owner-occupied policy, so mention it up front.
Can I bundle home with auto?
Yes, and it's usually where the largest savings appear. We'll price it both ways.
Bring your current policy and we will read it with you
No obligation, and no pressure to switch if what you have is already right.
